The Star Awards are presented annually to The Motor Ombudsman-accredited businesses that demonstrate exceptional customer service. This year, a record number of nominations were received from customers across the UK. A panel of judges meticulously reviewed all nominations and selected Wings Škoda Peterborough as the winner for the East region.
The Motor Ombudsman is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that provides motorists and vehicle retailers with free, impartial dispute resolution services. The Motor Ombudsman also offers a range of information and advice to assist motorists in making informed decisions about buying and maintaining a vehicle.
"We are honoured to receive this award," commented Dean Lovell. "I am passionate about assisting my customers in finding the ideal vehicle to meet their needs. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated team at Wings Škoda Peterborough."
As part of their ongoing commitment to great service, the entire sales team recently completed an Autism Awareness diploma in order to better understand neurodiversity. You can read more about this here - https://www.wingsskoda.co.uk/autism-aware
