We’re delighted to share some fantastic news. Wings Skoda has been named the East Region Winner at the Motor Ombudsman Star Awards!
The Star Awards are an annual competition that invites customers to shine the spotlight on Motor Ombudsman-accredited businesses and individual team members who have gone above and beyond the call of duty when assisting them. It’s all about recognising those who deliver exceptional service and go the extra mile.
Bill Fennell, Chief Ombudsman and Managing Director of The Motor Ombudsman, said: “The calibre of entries in this year’s competition was extremely high, with so many great examples of accredited businesses and individual staff members going the extra mile to do whatever is needed to help, thanks to their proactive approach.”
We were chosen as the East Region winner for working out-of-hours to hand over a car to a customer who was under time pressure, and for our highly personable approach something we pride ourselves on every day.
This award means so much to us because we’ve been finalists in each of the last three years, and this is the second time we’ve claimed the East Region title. It’s a true reflection of our team’s dedication to putting customers first and delivering outstanding experiences.
