The Skoda UK Retailer of the Year Ceremony was a night to remember and for our team, one filled with pride, recognition, and a powerful reminder that hard work and teamwork truly pay off.
Competing against Skoda retailers from across the UK, we were delighted to be recognised as 2nd Overall in the Skoda Retailer of the Year Awards, a remarkable achievement that reflects consistent excellence across every area of the business.
Outstanding Results Across the Board
Our overall placing was backed up by strong performances in some of the most competitive categories:
- 2nd place – New Car Sales
- 2nd place – Aftersales
- 7th place – Used Car Sales
These results demonstrate not only commercial success but also the dedication of our teams to delivering outstanding customer experiences, whether welcoming new customers into the Skoda brand or supporting long-standing customers long after they’ve driven away.
Recognition on the National Stage
A special highlight of the evening came as our Skoda Challenge winners Nic (Sales Manager) and Kieran (Sales Executive) were recognised on stage, proudly collecting their awards in front of peers from across the UK network. Moments like this don’t just celebrate individual success they represent the standards, energy, and ambition that run through the entire business. We look forward to seeing how Nic and Kieran get on as they represent the UK at the World Finals later this year.
A Proud Father-and-Son Moment
Perhaps the most meaningful aspect of the evening was the shared sense of pride among leadership particularly for Paul and Justin, whose father-and-son partnership stands as a symbol of continuity, commitment, and passion for the brand.
To see the business recognised at a national level, while celebrating achievements across generations, made the night especially significant. It’s a reminder that success isn’t built overnight it’s earned through years of dedication, shared values, and a genuine love for what we do.
