John Lewis Magazine Reviews the New Skoda Yeti

Following a rave review from popular BBC driving show Top Gear, the John Lewis magazine has also praised the new Skoda Yeti. The most recent edition of the John Lewis magazine, Edition, is free to all John Lewis and Waitrose customers and is read by around one million people. The Skoda Yeti review featured in this magazine was this time written from a woman’s perspective.

Miranda Sawyer, a columnist for John Lewis Edition, says that she was bowled over by the compact 4x4 crossover. Although she was not actually able to drive the car following a recent caesarean section, her husband drove and found the Yeti to offer a ‘nice, firm, nippy drive…far more exciting than expected.’

With family matters at the forefront, Miranda Sawyer reviewed the new Skoda Yeti from a mother’s point of view. She found the Yeti to be particularly good for those with children and praised the boot space in the Skoda Yeti claiming that it ‘compared favourably with last issue’s Land Rover Discovery’ and adding that her ‘ridiculous enormobuggy was swallowed with ease.’

The John Lewis magazine review is just the latest in a string of positive reviews for the new Skoda Yeti. This new compact crossover 4x4 has also won awards such as Car of the Year at the Auto Trader New Car Awards in 2010. The new Skoda Yeti is now available at Wings of Peterborough.
