Charity Challenge. 3 Peaks May 2009

Justin and Nic are attempting to climb the 3 highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales. This is commonly known as the National 3 Peaks Challenge. To make things even more interesting they have set themselves a target to complete the challenge in under 24 hours including travel time.

During these difficult economic times charities are often the first to suffer. Yet to so many they mean so much, with this in mind we would ask you to please give as much as you can afford.

Justin has chosen to support Sue Ryder Care. Each year Sue Ryder Care provide 4 million hours of care to people living with cancer, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, stroke and brain injury. Nic has chosen to support Cancer Research UK the UK's leading Charity dedicated to cancer research.

"We are both really looking forward to this challenge and hope to raise much needed funds for our two chosen charities: Having had personal experience with our local Sue Ryder Care Hospice, Thorpe Hall, I have seen first hand the fantastic work they do day in day out".

Our event is taking place on the 16^th May 2009 starting at Ben Nevis at 5am. After climbing Ben Nevis we will make our way to Scafell Pike and then on to Snowdon for the final leg of our challenge.
